Secure ID & Documents

Security against counterfeiting is of course a must for any ID documents.
Security features in paper, print, holograms, 3D effects, microcodes and NFC tags are used in various combinations, especially in passports.

SpeechCode as security feature

Security of ID documents against counterfeiting

Cost-effective & sustainable

The application of a speech code, integrated into the normal printing process, is almost completely cost-neutral in production and disposal – in contrast to NFC tags and other printed electronics.

Counterfeit-proof & storage-capable

Multi-stage encoding and encryption as well as software access exclusively for contractual partners make a speech code unchangeable and thus forgery-proof.

The SpeechCode Authentication Code contains all biometric data as well as the photo of the passport in the code itself.

Robust & emergency-fit

Due to containing all data in the code itself, SpeechCode needs no connectivity at all. The code data can therefore be accessed even in cases of natural desasters, power blackouts, terror or cyber attacks – when phone, internet lines or servers might not work anymore.

User-friendly & accessible

Using Command Shell Executable software, the production of authentication codes can easily integrate into any personalization software.

For data verification, Speech Codes can be scanned with almost any Android and iOS smartphone. Since all data is contained in the code itself, no Internet access to databases is required.

The optional speech output in the free SpeechCode app makes the passport data accessible to people with visual or reading impairments and thus barrier-free.

SpeechCode as information safe

Protection of confidential information

Hacker attacks, electronic industrial espionage, blackmail or publication of confidential information are making electronic data exchange more and more difficult.

Instead of sending information as unprotected Word, PDF or e-mail, up to 6 pages A4 are protected in a Speech Code with an 8-digit PIN.

The Speech Code is sent as PNG-file, the recipient receives the password via a different communication channel.

At 1-second cycles, it would take 84 years to try all 2.6e9 combinations to crack the Code.
